Michael Jackson almost certainly worked on the Sonic 3 OST

Just read about this yesterday, and it’s amazing! RIP Michael Jackson. I hope one day we can hear some of the other original recordings (Carnival Night Zone, anyone??)

The King of Pop actually wrote the soundtrack to the 1994 Sega Genesis game according to a Huffington Post feature.
